For anonymous reports, the case reporter is asked why they have chosen that option which gives the organisation further insight as to why they do not want to be identified and what this reveals about the organisation’s culture.

However, the app is fully customisable, and the organisation can decide what data it wants to collect and view in the dashboard. Data can be viewed on a specific date or over a set period to see if there are any trends and is displayed in a range of formats such as graphs, bar charts, pivot table or any other appropriate formats.

The platform offers enterprise-level data security through Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is one of the most secure hosting systems available and is the first choice for many well-known companies, including Netflix, Facebook, and the BBC. Furthermore, the system is GDPR-compliant and Cyber Essentials-certified. 

We are on the controller register for the Information Commissioner’s Office and are fully GDPR compliant.

We get explicit consent from users to gather their information and clearly declare how we intend to use the data in our privacy notice.

App users are given the option of withdrawing consent by opting out of the app. We fully subscribe to the ‘right to be forgotten’ which means that users can request to have all their data removed from the system at any time.
